actually i m quite agree to have the penalty amount increase... but the thing is, our stupid brainless government authority will sure ask for the corruption more... between 300 to 2k, how much u will give them... speechless on this d... haiz..

ps: some of the authority will purposely go n trouble u even u didnt do any illegal things.... this is what we all afraid.. they abuse the power...
