stupid idiot minister... they actually do give chances for the rest to have corrupt lo... if get caught, the corruption $$ will in between 300 to 2000 already... n most of the public salary also not as high as the stupid corruption politicians... they should remain the old amount but go out frequent to penalty on those who break the rules...
