求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet公仔箱論壇! n9 q# U" P' e) V/ U+ W
but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs公仔箱論壇7 L+ }( V$ v# M- K
could anyone please tell me how to do it!
