Every year when the STPM result was announce, the government will gladly inform that the passing mark and result had been increase and proud of the result given.# _1 P1 n6 A/ J
However, when it come to the enrolment of the student to the University, due to the constraint set by the government (quota for non bumiputras), it had led to the top achiever to be set aside or neglected.) d1 o5 j+ r3 D  a
Therefore, the only option for them will be appealling or move on to overseas for further studies.公仔箱論壇7 C* x3 ~& V- f4 J/ d( H# R' D
In order to resolve this grandmother story, I personally think that the government should relook int the quota system (remove to be the best option) and let the student to have a fair competition to enter to the University (most likely after abolish the quota system, there maybe more non-bumi compare to bumi)
