In Accessories\Entertainment... there is a sound recorder ..... you can use that... U will need a microphone..
Do a few test  with it ....

... or U can do what Ju Ju is doing ..Use your hand phone if it is equipped with a voice recorder ...

yes, msn support voice communication same as you're talking on phone, I think it can only allow 3 at a time I'm not so sure ...
