BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.

before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++
7 A; p6 _) f3 A  t2 e4 z8 i1 z& atvb now,tvbnow,bttvbnow only up to 30++ in KL area...* R1 J4 N7 @+ j7 H2 N; a! E
did lots of setting but still not boost up the speed yet..

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting
