i think i saw one of this thing in a restaurant before in chicago. it's like a remote fleshing thing that will vibrates and stuff. i think it's something that restaurant use for people to wait for your seats. it will flesh and vibrates when it's your turn so that u can go outside to smoke or walk around while u are waiting for your seats.
