During his trip to Brazil for his grandmother's Diamond Jubilee, Prince Harry played a polo match but things turned south in the middle of it.

An American businessman, Bash Kazi, was knocked unconscious after falling off his horse during a three person/horse collision.

The quick thinking prince jumped off his steed and put the hurt Kazi in recovery position.

When Kazi came to, Prince Harry helped him regain his feet.

The American thanked the prince and called him a true gentleman.
