this is ridiculous. just follow her back home to get the IC or ask some one to bring the Ic to her, settled. period. is our country crime rate is so low that the police has nothing else to do? is our court has no enough case to solve? is our prison is so empty that if this lady don't go in, the warden may risk getting out of job? i understand she broke the law, but law should exist to protect the citizens, not to prosecute the citizen. are we living in a society that practice rule of law or rule by law?
