these so called allocation, all are rakyat's money. it does not belong to certain individual or certain political party. the government is just the caretaker responsible to utilize this money to develop the country and make rakyat's lives better. do not treat it like it is coming out of your pocket where you can disburse it as you like and we, the rakyat, should be thankful to you.
