actually painting is easier than you thought...
two friends and i painted a 900 sqft apartment and changed the hardwood floors in less than two days.  just typical white paint covering the old white paint and placing those home depot hardwood floor is just like playing lego.

閣樓是penthouse鹹書

grace's 閣樓=attic
putting insulation foam in the attic to help reducing heating cost during winter.  just think of how those foam to keep the interior warm in colder temperature.


i also have the air conditioner placed in the attic.
