雲吞麵 is the best noodle in the world.(Canton style)
  a5 t& H! b9 T9 e" hTraditional way of making noodle is impossible in Toronto.

Broth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.
