How to burn MDF and MDS file to DVD

I want to burn MDF or MDS file to DVD, can anyone help please??

Or you can use Virtual Daemon to mount your MDS file to your Virtual drive. Than you can use Nero "Make your own DVD Video" to add file. More than one MDS file, after you added the first one, mount the other MDS and add again.
