[求助] 如何设定一个固定的IP Address?

本人使用的是拨号上网方式，就是有User Name及Password的那种（Streamyx 1M)。因为每次都可能拿到不同的IP Address，在众多IP如：

9 n* T4 E$ m, v' d0 K6 X0 \3 z2 G* A  ~118.xx.xx.xx, 124.xx.xx.xx, 115.xx.xx.xx, 60.51.xx.xx及60.54.xx.xx的。发现60.54.xx.xx的下载速度最佳，问题是我应该如何设定才能每次都是60.54.xx.xx的呢？www2.tvboxnow.com$ [# e  t. T! I* s7 Q
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。8 k3 W: J9 d/ ?# L4 j% ~' b0 W

you can't choose bcos yours one is dynamic IP,not fix IP.
