yup ! I saw !!!!!
I don't have experience taking subway in the city cuz I've car pool or my own car !!
but I found those subway more than 100 years old should have something need to improve,
this is all talking about $$ issue, the governor/mayor should do something but just take tax revenue !!!
not only NYC but my city here has the same problem too !!!!!!!
