I am using Verizon FIOS and all connections are coming out from the FIOS box.
No more regular phone landlines in the house.

Have to plan ahead, normally get them done during renovation before moving in.

no need to plan ahead for these things nowadays. it's all new technologies. Wi-Fi is fast enough, no need to run physical cables.
