今天是23號.老西提早一個星期通知我.生意很差.話比兩個選擇我.1就叫我去江蘇工作.2就叫我停薪留職到年尾.我估佢想解雇我.
我工作了12年.請問老西解雇我.我會得到幾多補償.我一個月的人工是$7700元.有雙糧.麻煩大家幫我解答下!
