Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

% L5 _8 P, ]. K' |1 c, g( c7 iBut after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.' T$ s! U, b5 A; ^4 c
It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
: T8 t/ e6 m1 N% J! u8 xSomeone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software公仔箱論壇7 u! M4 P$ k1 m0 v5 C! A: M
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point公仔箱論壇0 ]5 p6 T: v* `
4.) Wipe computer
