What's wrong with the word "Chinese"? The word "Chinese" has multiple implications, just like any other words like "English" , "German" and "French"~~~ When you are in a place where majority of the public speaks Cantonese (which is a local dialect of Chinese), asking a person to "Speak Chinese" means you want that person to speak in that local dialect, i.e. Cantonese in this case! 8 n" w2 ^: d/ ^& ^/ x+ d# fwww2.tvboxnow.com 6 I$ c: i$ K9 E; e) X+ X" }1 R xI think your interpretation of "Chinese" being just a human race is far too superficial ~~~ " C$ ^9 r% ?% T& L: g# d
