Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?www2.tvboxnow.com- J" \3 Y) ]* t- {- c0 X5 n
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
