Recently, my BT download speed is very very slow,

2 p0 ]: x8 j3 a/ @( T1 NTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。but, the download speed is still slow, and i've print screen from my control pannel.公仔箱論壇+ V1 q) w! h% z I! G+ B

i've a warning, what is Dhcp, what is this about ?
