BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
% B0 |) G+ w9 t9 K. s1 b2) not many people are down loading the same topic.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' O& l9 p$ H6 {$ g- J
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.公仔箱論壇+ |3 F- O5 f& q' N0 {: q1 J) [, x" C
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( F( j1 D8 f9 @* c; d  R! f
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
