BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth., i( y( j3 S0 J: h+ }6 ?9 w
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
