BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1 |9 `% [3 U* B/ C% J. hwww2.tvboxnow.com1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
+ p$ G- y  `5 H! N3 _2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
. K, o% h0 A: ^1 w2 b! ]$ \1 p公仔箱論壇3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.& R2 i3 b, ^8 U4 A$ p
4) The version , you have is not good.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。+ f$ q1 T- n" N! h7 A
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
* l/ H7 F& Z1 k( w9 |0 g) i2 HI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇& T% n( ^2 M/ a5 \1 r

. u- N& e/ F! s/ `6 {/ [公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
