Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.www2.tvboxnow.com+ g# {# y% ^7 T1 D+ @( _' j/ K; y
Anyone have suggestion?????

Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning softwareTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。  {$ d8 G0 |8 H0 \$ K
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
