I tried to interpret the outcome of this incident and anyone can dispute my explanation. The sheer weight difference, the 5m crocodile should weigh over 2600 lbs whereas the 3m bull shark should be around 500 lbs. The hunting method of crocodile is by drowning the prey. As sharks are cartilaginous fish which can be drowned if kept immobile, the outcome is logical.
