四姑娘山風光秀美，四姑娘山的風情更美，這裏歷史悠久風景區內居住著藏、回、漢等民族，那古老動人的神話傳說、熱烈隆重的祭禮慶典，悠揚悅耳的山間民歌，還有那香噴噴的青稞酒、酥油茶，這一切構成了四姑娘山那濃郁的風土人情畫卷。
