Bitcomet Setting 0.84

I using bitcomet 0.84 now. Below are mine setting. Hope that this setting can increase your download speed.

Go to option > Preference

) x; N. ^( }4 o' ^9 v2 f# C! b-->Global Max upload speed:( Go to www.speedtest.net to test your upload speed and use only 80% of it. Remenber to change the kbps to kb/s)8 @  Z; o* r. l
-->Max simultaneous download tasks number put it at 2 unless your download speed is very fast then u increase it.* R& p: J5 |7 z8 e6 r  J- Z
-->Now choose listen port between 49152 and 65534.www2.tvboxnow.com7 O: y0 u3 I: Y, O1 \% n& n0 k
(Note if you are using router remenber to forward the port.)5 [8 E) A0 H* k: B' u

Now go to Advance

Now go to Connection

I use XP SP2, so in connection "Maximun simultaneous half open TCP connection",
7 m& `( x% o( Y. b0 n2 sI should change to 10 or 500? I  change my Window Xp sp2 TCP to 10 already?
% X' [6 l) g9 G( P6 t8 o4 {" T  g" LTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Also the number of the listen port you show I don't have that kind of number, I have the small amount number like 7074, 7155, 7970, 8101, 17113, 18143.......the highest number I have is 27756.
2 m# r$ m, a) W; W9 k/ i% bI think maybe I live in New York, that's why the listen port number is different.

10 is sp2 default setting. u should change to 500 or minimun 100 using the file i upload. www2.tvboxnow.com" s8 C$ X( f/ n3 A# J& u
as for the listen port 49152 and 65534 is recomend by bitcomet. u just change it and then forward the port if u are behind router.! \6 ?8 D, f8 I9 g5 v" }3 B8 `

I have the other question, everytime I change my setting and later on I restart my computer, all my setting is gone to be default. How can I fix it ?
