The pic does make the police look good but certainly not to the point that is really bad.  The issue is not whether they are human being, it is whether the police department has a solid rule on their lunch arrangement.  I suppose they do have certain rules on that to preserve their authoritative image.  Nevertheless, it is certainly not a big deal about it.  If it becomes something commonly happen, then the media and fora should voice out a lot on that.

"嚴重有損警隊形象" ? 說來有點誇張. 但在電單車車頭扶手環掛物件會影響駕駛,確很危險. 萬一發生事故, 令警隊利益受損. 該行為確實不當.
