我幾年前從中國起市買過急凍湯圓, 唔知係未放得太耐, 我又冇留意日期, 食到肚好唔舒服. 之後都甚少買, 大多數自己做. 不過起市賣啲係好味啲既.

think of it this way...  湯圓 needs to be frozen since leaving the dirty china factory.  who knows what the storage temperature was during the shipment? maybe it wasn't frozen during the voyage...

煮时水滚落，水滚后要加入冻水再滚番。重复两三次实冇错。
