There are two problems here. The blue screen is caused by corrupted Nvdia display driver. you can fix it by following the above instruction by CY Kwok.
The 2nd problem is the auto reboot setting inside "Control Panel"->"System"->"Advance system settings", go to "Advanced" tab, click "settings" under Startup and Recovery", under "System Failure", uncheck "Automatically restart" box.
