I have a question to ask..it is regarding the game 美少女梦工厂5

I have no idea how to install the game ..i realized that there is a instruction but i don't get it..do u think u can help me out ???

here is the instruction :

◎1。虚拟光驱安装游戏。
◎2。安装结束后解压免CD补丁，并把补丁复制到游戏目录下。
◎3。点游戏目录下打入免CD的那个执行文件进入游戏，桌面快捷方式是没用的
