If you have successful upgraded to Windows 10, you could use the following method.
1) Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
2) Download the Windows 10 USB tool and put it into an USB flash drive.
3) Boot your HP with the Windows 10 USB drive and use it to delete all partitions and reinstall your Windows 10.
4) Problem solved.
