$5000 in HK should be able to build a very nice system without monitor

2 SATA Hard drive 160GB (Raid Striped)
1 SATA hard drive 500GB (Storage)

Case (doesnt' matter)
PW (ANTEC, COOLERMASTER)
Video Card ATI 3650 Magic Slient from ASUS.
2GB Ram x 2 (max will be 3.25 in 32bit OS)

it should be less than 5000 in HK (i am in US, these prices are according to the market price here)
