今天9/16Google Doodle怎麼多了柑橘，原來是維他命 C 發現者、諾貝爾醫學獎得主 Albert Szent-Gyorgyi 118歲誕辰，Albert Szent-Gyorgyi - vedec 是匈牙利生物學家，在1930年發現了維他命 C ，也因此Albert Szent-Gyorgyi - vedec 在1937年獲得諾貝爾醫學獎，趕快來看看充滿陽光的Google Doodle吧~www2.tvboxnow.com5 }# {4 I- I; s: B* B

維他命 C是人類所必需的營養素之一，沒有了它我們可能得到壞血病，艾伯特·聖捷爾吉（Albert Szent-Györgyi）與多位科學家的研究下，從生物中分離出維生素C而且證明了維生素C就是抗壞血酸。公仔箱論壇' i( E$ j7 \2 j2 q/ Z2 p

蔬菜水果中有豐富的維生素C。不過當維生素C溶解在水中時，就很容易氧化。看到水果切開後變成褐色或是蔬菜炒得過火時變黑色，就代表維生素C已經被氧化了，所以直接生吃蔬果可以吃進不被破壞的維生素C。
