It's the Waubra Wind Farm, owned by Spanish power company Acciona. The cables are the tracks and the USB connectors are the foundation of the wind turbines.

Without your explanation, it would be real hard to connect the first 2 pictures with the other 2, in which the foundation of the wind turbines looked like an unfinished construction site.  If there are some pictures showing the closer look that is between the first and the last two pictures, it would be having more understanding.
